Direct Primary Care is Your Compassionate Alternative
Direct Primary Care offers quality, accessible healthcare for one low monthly membership fee. You see your provider when you need to, for as long as you need to, to discuss whatever's on your mind.
This model removes insurance companies from your everyday healthcare. No more waiting for approval to get the care your provider recommends. No more navigating claim denials or surprise bills. No more wondering if your insurance will cover the treatment you need.
Instead, you work directly with a provider who has time to focus on you. Without insurance bureaucracy dictating how we practice, we can spend our energy on what matters: listening to your concerns, creating a plan that works for your life, and keeping you healthy. When costs are transparent and access is immediate, healthcare starts to feel the way it should.
Taking Control of Your Health Starts by Reclaiming the Power from Insurance
Rebecca has always been an advocate of ensuring our best health. Our hospital, community, and family are losing an amazing medical provider, but we are so excited for the good she will do in her new role, in a new community. WE will never be able to thank Rebecca enough of the care, dedication, and guidance she has provided as a patient, parent, and women.

Our Services
-
Keeping you healthy is always better than treating you when you're sick. We focus on preventive care like annual physicals, wellness checks, screenings, and vaccinations to catch issues early. When we have time to know you and your health history, we can spot warning signs and address them before they become serious problems.
-
Rebecca brings extensive experience in obstetrics and women's health to provide comprehensive care throughout every stage of your life. We handle well-woman exams, contraception management, menopause support, and routine screenings. If you're pregnant or planning to be, we'll coordinate your care and stay involved throughout your pregnancy journey. Women's health concerns deserve time and attention, not a rushed seven-minute appointment. We make sure you have space to ask questions and get the care you need.
-
We provide comprehensive care for men's health concerns, from routine screenings and cardiovascular health to testosterone management and sexual health issues. Many men put off addressing health concerns until they become serious problems. We create a comfortable environment where you can talk openly about what's going on, whether it's low energy, weight gain, or more sensitive issues you might not feel comfortable discussing elsewhere. Having a provider who knows you makes these conversations easier.
-
Managing diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, or other chronic conditions takes ongoing attention and personalized care. We work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life and help you stay on track with regular monitoring and adjustments. When your provider knows you well, managing chronic conditions becomes a partnership instead of a burden.
-
When you wake up with a painful rash, your child spikes a fever, or something just doesn't feel right, you don't need to spend hours in an urgent care waiting room. Reach out to us and we'll get you in quickly, often the same day. We handle most urgent issues, including laceration repairs, right here in our clinic.
-
We order labs and imaging directly and pass our discounted rates straight to you. No insurance markups, no surprise bills weeks later. You'll know the cost upfront, and it's typically far less than what you'd pay going through insurance.
-
Some tests can be done right here in the office while you wait. Strep tests, flu tests, blood glucose checks, and other quick diagnostics mean you get answers immediately instead of waiting days for results. We can start treatment during your visit instead of making you come back.
-
Your mental health is part of your overall health, and we treat it that way. We can help with anxiety, depression, stress management, and other mental health concerns. If you need more specialized care, we'll connect you with the right resources and stay involved in coordinating your treatment.
-
When you need to see a specialist, we help coordinate that care and stay involved in your treatment. We'll make referrals, communicate with your specialists, and make sure everyone is on the same page about your health plan. You're not navigating the system alone.
-
We care for everyone in your family, from your newborn's first checkup to your parents' chronic condition management. Having one provider who knows your entire family means we understand how your health connects. We know when your teenager's stress is related to family changes, or when your toddler's sleep issues might be affecting your own health. You don't need to find a pediatrician for the kids, a different provider for yourself, and another for your aging parents. We're your medical home for every generation under your roof.
We care for families through every season of life, from your baby's first breath to your parents' golden years, with dignity, warmth, and the clinical excellence you deserve.
The Evidence Behind Direct Primary Care
Patients in DPC practices report higher satisfaction
When you have time with your provider and don't face surprise bills, healthcare feels different. Studies show DPC patients are significantly more satisfied with their care.
DPC practices lead to fewer emergency room visits and hospitalizations
When you can reach your provider quickly and get issues addressed before they spiral, you stay healthier. Research shows DPC patients have fewer ER visits, fewer hospitalizations, and better management of chronic conditions.
The federal government recognizes DPC as legitimate healthcare
You can now use your HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for your DPC membership. This official recognition shows that even the government sees Direct Primary Care as a valid, valuable approach to healthcare.
