We're Rebecca and Doyle Kruger, nurse practitioners and the founders of Rooted Family Health in Naples, Florida.
Between us, we bring over 27 years of experience as nurse practitioners and more than 60 years in healthcare. We started this practice to bring affordable, accessible healthcare to our community.

We price our memberships based on the stage of life you're in. Babies need frequent checkups and reassurance for new parents. Kids and teens need sports physicals and the occasional strep test. Adults in their prime need preventive care to stay healthy. And our older members benefit from more time managing chronic conditions and staying active. Each season of life brings different needs, and our pricing reflects that.
Ages 0-2: $85/month
Ages 3-18: $40/month
Ages 19-39: $60/month
Ages 40-64: $85/month
Ages 65+: $125/month
Family Discount
We believe healthcare should work for the whole family. That's why families of up to 6 people never pay more than $350/month total. Whether it's you and your spouse, a household with four kids, or three generations under one roof, the price stays the same. You'll never have to make hard choices about who gets to see the provider this month or worry about the bill adding up every time someone gets sick. One flat rate covers everyone, which means you can focus on getting better instead of calculating costs.

There's no enrollment fee to join our practice. If your circumstances change and you need to cancel, your membership simply continues through the end of your billing cycle.
